Based at our high energy customer service centre in NSW you will be the first point of contact for a variety of customers looking to order our industry leading concrete. You will work effectively with internal Allocators and Production staff to provide our customers with accurate updates on their products, and you will be their trusted partner throughout their journey with Boral.

“I began my journey at Boral in 2019 in the contact centre. During that time, I did various roles within the contact centre including, taking phone calls, managing the centre email inbox, looking after the orders for the West gate tunnel project, training new employees and finally taking on a junior leadership role.
In 2022 I moved into the national investigation Hub where I had the opportunity to interact with all the contact centres around Australia closing out internal investigations as well as customer disputes.
From here I moved into my current role in the Major projects team where I am the project co-ordinator for the West gate tunnel project.
