Based at our high energy customer service centre you will be the first point of contact for a variety of customers looking to order our industry leading concrete. “I began my journey at Boral in 2019 in the contact centre. During that time, I did various roles within the contact centre including, taking phone calls, managing the centre email inbox, looking after the orders for the West gate tunnel project, training new employees and finally taking on a junior leadership role.
In 2022 I moved into the national investigation Hub where I had the opportunity to interact with all the contact centres around Australia closing out internal investigations as well as customer disputes.
From here I moved into my current role in the Major projects team where I am the project co-ordinator for the West gate tunnel project.
I have continued to learn new skills through every role at Boral and look forward to the growth to come.”

“My biggest piece of advice for someone interested in CSA role at Boral would be to just give it a go, try something new. We have such a diverse team in terms of back ground, previous work experience and ages. I had zero experience in the construction industry before I began at Boral nor had I ever had a full time job, so it was all brand new.
As mentioned before, we have such an amazing leadership team and a structured training programme, as well as willing and supportive buddies to train and guide new employees. One lesson I have learnt in this role, that I believe is worth mentioning would be; you do not know how far you will go unless you leave your comfort zone and take opportunities as they arise.”
